As far as my house goes - I love hunting ghosts, but wasn't thrilled with them being in my house. I had heard of cleansing a house with sage and a friend gave me several bundles of sage that had been blessed by an indian Chief of the Cheyenne/Arapaho tribe. I gave it a try and I'll be darned if it didn't work. I haven't had any paranormal activity in my home since I cleansed it in August. I've heard a sage cleansing isn't permanent and they may return, if they do, I'll let you know.

I went into the site. Very nice layout and tremendously clean and organized research on the case file pages. I really like that.
There is nothing wrong with redundancy. You should consider doing something like your update each time you make a major entry into your website. This way, all of the bloggers with blog rolls are more apt to see the updates in your website (via your blog entry) and not have to depend on Google.
Google is not the best when it comes to picking up website entries fast enough vs Blogger.
I love answers too and would want to you if and whenever they return.
My friend tried the sage trick at her husband's shop, and she told me it worked there too! Who would have thought!
